My goal is to make art that is psychedelic, but not in the sense of tripping on drugs (though I'm not necessarily repelled by that); rather, I want to depict scenes as they would really seem to the primitive mind, if we could take away from cold science and fact and realism. I want to create art that is raw and that is eerie, while giving a strange feeling of familiarity at the same time.
